2.4GHz Dongle Pairing Guide: GO/Epic Work

This guide will help if you need to pair your GO Work 2nd gen, or an Epic Work headset with a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle. Follow along the steps below, and you will be re-paired in no time!

 

 

• With the headset off, hold the power button for 7+ seconds to put it in pairing mode.
• You should see the LED blinking Blue and Red.

                             

• Quickly press the same power button a total of 5 times.
• You will see the LED flash Blue quickly (complete the next steps in this 60 second period).

                         

• Plug the USB-C dongle into your device, and wait 3 seconds before removing.
• Wait 2 seconds with the dongle unplugged.

           

• Plug the dongle in for the second time, and wait 3 seconds before removing.
• Wait 2 seconds with the dongle unplugged.

           

• Finally, plug the dongle in and wait for it to automatically connect.
• After 10 seconds, you should hear a tone indicating this was successful, and be able to select the headset from your device's sound settings.

 

If you have any trouble, turn off the headset and repeat this process.
