Troubleshooting

Connection failure or earbuds disconnected from each other and connecting separately to your phone/device (Manual Reset)

1. Forget “JLab Epic Air ANC” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Keep the earbuds in the charging case while completing steps 2-3. You can start with either earbud, just remember to reset both of them.
3. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in the charging case. The earbud blinks blue 4 times
4. Quick tap 7x on the other earbud in the charging case. The earbud blinks blue 4 times.
5. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and the other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

**If your earbud does not light up when removed from the charging case, please reach out to our support team to discuss warranty options**
