EPIC MOUSE 2.4GHZ DONGLE PAIRING PROCESS

This guide will walk you through the process of pairing your JLab Epic Mouse to the included USB dongle for a faster, lower latency connection.

 

Begin by having the USB dongle plugged into a working USB port on your computer.

 

 

 

Quick press the connect button on the bottom of the mouse until the OLED Screen shows 2.4G Wireless Mode.

 

 

 

Next, press and hold this same button until the OLED Screen shows "Pairing…"

 

 

 

From here, unplug the Dongle from your Computer, then plug it back in to the same port. Doing so will change the "Pairing…" status to "Connected".

 

 

 

If your JLab mouse does not connect to the USB dongle, repeat the pairing process with a different available USB port on your computer.
