Feature Overview: Epic Lux Lab Edition

The Epic Lux Lab Edition is JLab’s premium over-ear Bluetooth headphone, engineered for high-fidelity sound, active noise cancellation (ANC), and all-day comfort.

 

Device Setup

Charge your wireless headphones using the USB-C cable or place the left earcup on the wireless charging pad for hassle-free charging. The headphones will automatically power off and begin charging when placed on the pad. The wireless charging pad is also compatible with smartphones, earbuds, and other wireless charging devices.

Connectivity

Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to put the Epic Lux Lab Edition in Bluetooth pairing mode, then connect via your phone, tablet, or laptop in Bluetooth settings.

For a wired connection, use the included USB-C to 3.5mm aux cable. Enjoy high-quality audio and noise cancellation even when the battery is low.



    Multipoint Bluetooth Connection

    A multipoint connection allows the Epic Lux Lab Edition to stay connected to two devices simultaneously. Audio will seamlessly switch when media plays on either device.

    To enable multipoint:

    • Pair your headphones with your first device.
    • Turn off Bluetooth on that device.


     

    • Pair the headphones with your second device.

       

      • Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device.

      Now, your headphones will automatically switch between both devices without manual reconnection.

      On-Ear Controls

      • Active Noise Cancellation & Transparency Mode: Tap the noise control button to switch between ANC mode for blocking distractions and Transparency Mode for staying aware of your surroundings.
        • Touch & swipe controls: Located on the right earcup, swipe up/down to adjust volume, left/right to skip tracks, and tap to play/pause music or answer calls.
          • Quick Awareness Mode: Hold your palm on the right earcup to temporarily activate Transparency Mode when ANC is off.

            JLab App Customization

            Take full control of your listening experience with the JLab App, available on the Google Play Store and App Store:

            • Adjust EQ settings for deep bass, balanced audio, or crystal-clear treble.

            • Customize touch and button controls.

             

            • Activate Spatial Audio with head tracking for a 3D surround sound effect.
            • Enable or disable auto play/pause.
