Feature Overview: Epic Pods ANC
The Epic Pods ANC seamlessly blends crisp highs from its Knowles balanced armature drivers, and deep lows from the dynamic drivers to deliver a new level of audio clarity for stem-style earbuds.
Charging the Case:
- Use the USB-C port on the left side of the charging case, or place the case on a wireless charging pad to begin charging.

- The front light bar will pulse while charging, and turn solid when fully charged.
Fit Guide:

Finding the right ear tip seal will help to improve the Adaptive ANC and overall audio quality from your Epic Pods.

- Start by finding if you get the best seal with Small, Medium, or Large sized ear tips.
- Next, try on both the shallow ear tips (shielded sound tube) and the deep ear tips (open sound tube) to find your fit preference.
Bluetooth Connections:

Remove the Epic Pods from their case to automatically enter pairing mode, then simply enter your device's Bluetooth settings connect.

To use a multipoint connection, start by turning off Bluetooth on your first connected device.

Now you will be able to find and pair the Epic Pods ANC in your second device's Bluetooth settings.

Finally, return to your first device's settings to turn on Bluetooth, and tap on the Epic Pods ANC to reconnect.

If you ever need to factory reset your earbuds, place them in the charging case and hold the reset button on the back of the case.
App Functions:
Download the JLab mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Launch the app to adjust the passthrough of Be Aware mode, select which noise control modes you want to cycle between, and choose between using Hybrid or Adaptive ANC.

Set custom workout and rest sessions with the built in Interval Timer.

- Switch between JLab Signature, Knowles Preferred, and Bass Boost, or adjust the custom EQ to personalize your sound stage.

Set custom controls for both the touch sensors, and force touch sensors.
- The touch sensors are located behind the JLab logo on each earbud, easily activated with a quick tap.
- The force touch sensors are activated by squeezing the bottom stem of either earbud. Note, there is an indent on the front of each stem to know where to squeeze.
- The JLab app puts you into control, giving you the option to turn on Lab Spatial audio, enable the low-latency Movie Mode, disable or enable Voice Prompts, set a safe max listening level, and choose whether to enable the Auto Play/Pause Sensors.
- The Bluetooth Connections page gives you the ability to easily switch between your Bluetooth devices, and offers a convenient way to place your Epic Pods into pairing mode.
