GO Sport ANC Touch Controls and Settings Guide

Learn the default GO Sport ANC touch controls for volume, playback, EQ, noise control, and calls. You can also customize or disable them in the JLab App.

Left earbud (L)

  • 1x Tap: Volume Down
  • 2x Tap: Play / Pause
  • 3x Tap: EQ Change
  • Press & Hold (2s): Noise Control Mode

Right earbud (R)

  • 1x Tap: Volume Up
  • 2x Tap: Play / Pause
  • 3x Tap: EQ Change
  • Press & Hold (2s): Track Forward

Call controls (either earbud)

  • 1x Tap: Answer Incoming Call
  • 1x Tap: Hang Up Active Call
  • Press & Hold (2s): Reject Incoming Call

Movie and Music modes

Holding both touch controls at the same time will cycle between Movie and Music modes.

Power on without the case

If you need to power on your earbuds without the charging case, hold the touch sensor on each earbud until you see the LED turn on.

You can modify the default controls, or disable the touch sensors, in the JLab App for iOS and Android.
