GO Work 3 - Default Controls

JLab GO Work 3 makes controlling your calls and media easy with on-ear buttons. These are the default controls. You can customize media and call button functions in The Lab App on Windows or Mac.

Volume buttons (+ and -)

• Volume Up: Press + once
• Volume Down: Press - once
• Track Forward: Press and hold + for 2 seconds
• Track Back: Press and hold - for 2 seconds
• EQ Change: Press and hold + and - together for 1 second

Multi-function button

• Play / Pause: Single press
• Siri (iOS) or "Ok Google" (Android): Double press
• Power On / Off: Press and hold 3 seconds
• Bluetooth Pairing Mode: Press and hold 8 seconds

Calls (multi-function button)

• Answer Call: Single press
• Hang Up: Single press
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold 1 second

Microphone and side button

• Mute: Flip the mic boom up
• Unmute: Flip the mic boom down
• Hear-Through: Single press the side button on the earcup
