GO Work 3 App Support

The JLab GO Work 3 Wireless Headset can be used with The Lab app on both Windows and MacOS. To connect your GO Work 3 headset with The Lab app, make sure your GO Work 3 is connected to your PC or Mac via the USB dongle.

 

Volume Controls 

  • Adjust your system volume and set a safe hearing level to protect your hearing with the GO Work 3 volume settings.

 

Mic Controls

  • Use ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) keep the ENC level high to remove background noise, or turn ENC off for studio-style microphone recordings.
  • Adjust the GO Work 3 mic gain to achieve the perfect input volume on any device.
  • Set the perfect Hear Yourself level for a natural talking experience during calls and meetings.

 

On-Ear Controls

  • The button controls for both Media and Call functions on the GO Work 3 can be customized in The Lab app.
    • Media Control assignments are active while listening to music.
    • Call Control assignments are active while on a call or in a video conference.




 EQ Adjustments

  • Adjust the Custom EQ sliders to achieve your perfect sound, or quickly switch between EQ presets optimized for Music and Voice.



Firmware Updates

  • The update tab will notify you when a new firmware (FW) update is available for your GO Work 3 headset or USB dongle keeping your device up to date for the best performance.
