How to Pair, Connect, and Reset JBuds Mini ANC

Whether you are setting up your JBuds Mini ANC for the first time, connecting a second device via Multipoint, or performing a factory reset to troubleshoot connectivity issues, follow these simple steps to get your earbuds synced and connected.

Initial Bluetooth pairing

  • Remove the pull tab from the charging case.
    • The case and earbuds will pulse blue to indicate they are charging.

  • Remove the earbuds from the case to enter pairing mode.
    • One earbud will stay solid blue, while the other blinks white and blue.
  • Select "JLab JBuds Mini ANC" in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Multipoint setup

A multipoint connection allows the JBuds Mini ANC to stay connected with two devices simultaneously. Audio will seamlessly switch when media is played on either device.

  • Pair your earbuds with your first device.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on that device. They will now enter pairing mode.

  • Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device, and tap on its pairing record.

Earbud manual reset

If your JBuds Mini ANC earbuds are not in sync with each other or are connecting as two separate devices in the Bluetooth list, you can use the following Factory Reset instructions to get them both paired up once more.

  • Forget "JLab JBuds Mini ANC" from your device's Bluetooth settings.

  • Keep the earbuds in the charging case and tap one earbud 7 times.
    • A short chime will play.

Tap first earbud 7 times to reset

  • Tap the other earbud 7 times.
    • A short chime will play.

Tap second earbud 7 times to reset

  • Remove the earbuds from the case to enter pairing mode.
    • One earbud will stay solid blue, while the other blinks white and blue.
  • Select "JLab JBuds Mini ANC" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
