Bluetooth Multipoint: How To Pair Your Headphones to Multiple Devices

Note: not all JLab products offer Bluetooth Multipoint as a functionality, for an entire list of products that have Bluetooth Multipoint as a feature please check out our Bluetooth Multipoint Collection

• Once FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in device settings. Earbuds will auto enter Bluetooth Pairing. 

• Enter your SECOND device Bluetooth settings and connect to "JLab [Product Name]". 

• Enter your FIRST device Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth and connect to "JLab [Product Name]"

 

Using Multipoint:

• With your JLab earbuds or headphones connected to both devices, pressing play on either device will automatically switch the audio source.
• In addition to media switching, receiving a call on your phone will also automatically switch to your connected JLab earbuds or headphones.
  • For example: If you are watching a movie on your laptop and suddenly get a phone call or get sent a video you want to watch, your JLab earbuds will automatically switch to your phone's output device while also pausing the movie on your laptop.
