JBuds Mini ANC App Guide: Custom Settings and EQ

Download the JLab mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store to start customizing your JBuds Mini ANC.

Noise control

• Toggle the switches to limit which noise control modes the Touch Control command will cycle through (for example, only Be Aware and ANC).
  • Use the slider to reduce or maximize the sensitivity for Be Aware and ANC.

Interval Timer

• Set custom workout and rest sessions with the built-in Interval Timer.
  • Conveniently control your workout with custom touch controls.

EQ and sound

• Switch between JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost, or adjust the custom EQ to personalize your sound stage.

Touch controls

• Set custom controls for the touch sensors, or disable them entirely.

Additional sound and mode settings

• Turn on Lab Spatial audio to achieve a wider sound stage.
• Use Wind Noise Reduction to automatically reduce Be Aware/ANC when loud noises are detected.
• Enable the low-latency Movie Mode, or use Music Mode for a stable long-range Bluetooth connection.
• Disable or enable Voice Prompts for your earbuds.

Sleep Timer

• You can set a Sleep Timer in the JLab App to automatically shut off your earbuds after a given time.
  • This setting will not save after the earbuds have been powered off. They will always stay on unless you specifically set the Sleep Timer in the app.

Bluetooth Connections

• The Bluetooth Connections page lets you easily manage your paired devices.
  • Disable the switch to disconnect the listed device.
    • Disabling all active switches will place the earbuds in pairing mode.
  • Toggle up to 2 device switches for use with Bluetooth Multipoint.

Safe Hearing and firmware

• Set a Safe Hearing level to limit your max decibel output.
• Update your earbuds or check for the latest firmware version.
