JBuds Mini ANC Charging Guide and LED Battery Indicators

Learn how to charge your JBuds Mini ANC earbuds and case, what the LED colors mean, and how to check battery levels in the JLab App.

Charging earbuds

  • Remove the pull tab after first unboxing to allow the earbuds to charge.
  • Make sure the earbuds are fully seated in the case to start charging.
    • Pulsing Blue LED: Earbuds are actively charging.

Charging case

  • The case will display its current battery life when the lid is opened, or the earbuds are placed inside:
    • Solid Blue LED: Case battery is 100% to 30%.
    • Blinking Red LED (4x): Case battery is less than 30%.

  • Plug a USB-C cable into the left side of the case to start charging:
    • Pulsing Blue LED: Case is actively charging.
    • Solid Blue LED: Case is fully charged.

The JLab App for iOS and Android will display your current Left and Right earbud battery level, as well as your case battery.

About charger wattage

You may see a rating like 5V ⎓ 1A in the product info or diagrams. That number is the maximum current your device will draw while charging, not the maximum wattage your charger is allowed to provide.

It is fine to use a higher-wattage USB charger (for example, a phone or laptop charger rated well above 5W). Your device will only pull what it needs and will not take more power than that 1A rating.
