JLAB MOUSE 2.4GHZ DONGLE PAIRING PROCESS

This guide will walk you through the process of pairing your JLab mouse to the included USB dongle for a faster, lower latency connection.

Before beginning this process, ensure that your JLab mouse is one of the listed models below:

Epic 2 wireless	JBuds wireless	JBuds Ergonomic wireless
Go Charge wireless	Go wireless	Daybreak wireless
Midnight wireless	Nightfall wireless

 

Begin by having the USB dongle plugged into a working USB port on your computer.

 

Switch your mouse to the corresponding 2.4 wireless icon with a quick press of the connection button the bottom of the mouse. You will see a green indicator light flash briefly.

 

 

Next, press and hold this same button until you see the green indicator light flash rapidly.

 

 

 

From here, unplug the Dongle from your Computer, then plug it back in to the same port. Doing so will cause the green indicator light to flash briefly, then turn off, indicating a successful connection.

 

If your JLab mouse does not connect to the USB dongle, repeat the pairing process with a different available USB port on your computer.
