Mic and Dongle Pairing for Create Wireless

This article explains what to do if you ever need to re-pair your Create Wireless microphones to the USB-C dongle.

 

 

• Begin by ensuring your microphones are placed into the charging case, and the dongle is removed from your phone.
• On the first microphone, tap the logo button once to wake it up (indicated by the blue pulsing light).

                 

• Then, tap the logo button 7 times quickly, the blue light will flash 4 times.
• You can now take the microphone out of the case, the blue and red blinking tells you it's in pairing mode.

                                                                 

• Plug the USB-C dongle into your device and remove it once its blue light disappears.
• Second time, plug the dongle in and remove it once its blue light disappears.

                                        

• Finally, plug the dongle into your phone and wait for the microphone's blinking light to disappear.
• They are now paired together!
• If you need to re-pair the other microphone as well, follow these same steps for the second one.
