Pairing and Operation: Flex Open Earbuds
In this article, we will explain how to reset the Flex Open Earbuds to help with connectivity issues, as well as go over some key features the Flex has to offer.
The Flex will go into pairing mode automatically if it is a new JLab product; however, if you need to re-pair or want to access Multipoint features, the guide bellow should help!
- To Reset Flex Open Earbuds, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
- Next, hold the button on the back of the case (right of the charging port) for 3 seconds.
- Once you see the blue light blink 3 times, they are successfully in pairing mode!
- They will show up automatically in your Bluetooth settings after removing them from the charging case.
- If you want to use Multipoint, connect to your first computer/phone like normal.
- Tap on JLab Flex in the Bluetooth settings of your first device, and tap "Disconnect".
- They will now automatically enter pairing mode, where you can pair to them in your second device's Bluetooth settings.
- Finally, go back to your first device, tap on JLab Flex, and tap connect.
- Pressing play on either device will automatically pause media playing on the other, and switch the audio over.
- The Flex has Touch Sensors on both sides of the back.
- While wearing the Flex, you can tap or hold the touch sensors by reaching behind your ear.
- If you download the JLab app off the App Store or Google Play Store, you can customize control features and more!
