Resetting and Pairing Your JLab True Wireless Earbuds
If your JLab earbuds are not pairing together or only one earbud is connecting separately to your phone, reference the steps below to help you reset!
Before proceeding, make sure your earbuds' case is charged, and your earbuds are placed inside.
- Go to your Bluetooth settings, and tap on the information icon next to your JLab earbuds' name.
- Select "Forget This Device" in your settings.
- Open the charging case lid, and tap the Right earbud 7 times.
- Now move to the Left earbud, and tap 7 times.
- Remove the Right earbud first, and after a second remove the Left earbud.
- The earbuds indicate they are successfully in pairing mode when one earbud blinks Blue and White, while the other earbud stays solid White.
- Your earbuds will now show up in your Bluetooth's "OTHER DEVICES" or "Pair new device" menu.
- Tap on your JLab earbuds' name to save the Bluetooth connection.
Common troubleshooting when JLab earbuds do not pair together:
- If you are not getting any flashing or solid responses from the earbud's LED:
- Place it into the charging case, shut the lid, and charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting the reset steps again.
- If you do not get any LED response from either earbud, please contact support.
- If the process was completed but the earbuds are still pairing individually:
- Forget any earbuds from your Bluetooth pairing record that were previously paired individually.
- Attempt the reset steps again.
