Using ANC and Switching 85 dB to 95 dB: JBuddies ANC Wireless

The JBuddies ANC wireless headphones are designed to give you full control of your child's listening volume. For everyday use, is it safe to listen at 85dB for a total of 8 hours straight; however, there may be situations like on a plane where it can be hard to hear media at that volume level. Using the ANC feature can also be helpful in loud situations to limit the outside volume being heard by your child. This article will help you to switch back and forth between 85 and 95 dB on your JBuddies ANC Wireless, while also learning how to turn on the active noise cancelling feature.

  • Begin by holding the power button for 2+ seconds to turn the headset on.
  •  Switching dB modes is as simple as holding the + and - buttons down for 5 seconds.

  • You will hear a prompt saying either "85 dB" or "95 dB" indicating which mode you are in.

  • Simply Press the Button labelled "NC" on the bottom of the headphones to switch to active noise cancelling mode.
